1. This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

has been preferred for fair investigation and transfer of the

investigation in FIR No.81/2016 registered at Police Station,

Mahila Thana, District Bhilwara for the offences under Sections

498A and 307 IPC.

2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor submits that

the investigation is complete.

3. In light of the aforesaid statement made by the learned

Public Prosecutor, the present misc. petition seeking fair

investigation does not survive and the same is accordingly

dismissed.
