Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the Court below granted
maintenance of Rs.2500/- to the respondent after adjusting Rs.1500/- under

Section 125 of Cr.P.C and Rs.1000/- has been paid additionally on allowing the
application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act granting the
maintenance pendente lite.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this
petition.

Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
