In Re: – An application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure filed on 11th March, 2019 in connection with
Kotulpur Police Station Case No. 126 of 2018 dated 18.08.2018
under Sections 498A/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and
G.S.Das Section 3 /4 of the Dowary Provisions Act and subsequently
adding Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to
G.R. Case No. 505 of 2018.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotulpur

Police Station Case No. 126 of 2018 dated 18.08.2018 under

Sections 498A/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3

/4 of the Dowry Provisions Act and Section 302 of the Indian

Penal Code corresponding to G.R. Case No. 505 of 2018.

This petition does not merit consideration, particularly in

the light of the prayer having been rejected by this Court as

recently as on February 4, 2019.

The petitioner claims that the petitioner has

subsequently obtained the documents under Section 207 of the

Code from which it appears that even the neighbours claim in

course of their statements recorded under Section 161 of the

Code that the victim set herself ablaze and the petitioning-

husband only attempted to save her.

In the previous order of this Court dated February 4,

2019 there is a reference to the dying declaration. Such dying
