This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure has been filed for quashing the First Information Report

(for short ‘FIR’) of Atri P.S. Case No.150 of 2014 dated 04.08.2014

registered under Sections 323, 498A and 494 of the Indian Penal

Code.

2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

perused the FIR annexed with the present application.

3. The allegations made in the FIR do attract ingredients of

cognizable offence. In that view of the matter, I see no merit in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53473 of 2015 dt.18-09-2017

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
