Im also NRI and i also fight for custody and have not seen my son for last 11 years.
at last i filed in HC and got visitation and take home for day.
unless you fight back nothing comes free.
no one will help you directly than telling you what they did and how they fought and what they got.
I have 498A too and its still runing for last 11 years.
do not think you cannt do anything from abroad, if you have wish and will to fight you can do many things.
help others and others will help you. thats what i did,
it took me 11 years to be a Father of S.I.F internet movement.
