When My Adv. Approached To High Court For AB, The High Court Is Declined My AB Petition.
Saying: “As seen from the material placed on record, the petitioner allegedly beat the defacto complainant severely and attempted to do away her life. In that view of the matter, Petitioner does not deserve for grant of AB.”
Again he is filed Petition in Lower Court, Any One Please suggest i will get AB or NOT. She has submitted some false reports while filing FIR.
Please help me on this.
