you said she perfectly ok at work means she is not ok with the situation in your house. she does not seem to have mental problem. you cannot change one’s behavioural pattern in a day.. sometimes parting for short duration helps to understand the depth of relation. may be it can bring two of you more closer than ever. clear communication will help to improve relation. you tell her about your desire to leave and reasons.? wait for her reactions? and decide. but if you desert your wife and childrens without communicating you will surely land up in problem.
