Thanks everybody. One more query. If the huband goes for illegitimate child through some unmarried lady with her consent without marrying her, it will definetely amount to adultry, but will this adultry attract the provisions of bigammy? How will it affect the divorce case in High court? How the wife can proceed in this case i.e through police or through court?
