2 months back, my rcr case was referred for mediation. my wife was asked to give written reply. last month, she refused to give written reply. She even declined for further mediation. She says that let court decide. What should I do now.

I had called police but Police are not ready to help me. What should I do now.

How can I prove my innocence and put other side in pressure..
