Now you says 498A is already filed and its in court. if its already reached Cross examination then you have full blownup 498A against you.

forget about date issue that will be used only in Divorce, if you file.

fight it out 498A or Dv 1st, as you already have AB then if police comes to arrest you, you can show your AB.
