Red Corner Notice cant be issued unless:
1. Along with 498A there are other charges leveled that are of 7-10 years of imprisonment.
2. Proclaimed Offender is established. Mean, you did not attend to notices for more than a year.
3. Multiple accounts of Contempt of Court order or NBWs.
The marital discords are not of international importance and not many countries have
EXTRADITION treaty signed on these offenses.
Blue Corner Notice or LOC can be issued by MHA, if courts has issued NBW or IO has raised for it on case facts.
