can my wife file 498a after i divorce her

i married my wife in dec 2007. she has made mine and my families life miserable . her family members also come to our house and abuse me and my parents. now it has become unbearable for me to stay with her. we do not have any children. her father has threathened to file police cases against us numerous times. now she is at her fathers house since 19-12-10 . now i have asked her for divrc with mutual consent. she does not agree .her family does not enjoy good relations with any of their other childrens inlaws. her elder sister’ s family also does not have good relations with them. her brother got divorced just after 3 months of their marriage,, in that case my bro- in-laws wife asked for divrc.under sharia law i can divorce her without her consent. i would like to know whether they can file false cases against us after i divrc her and what case they can file and what will be our legal position then.
