A private company entered into an agreement with a partnership firm doing marketing & distribution for a period of 21 years during 2017. Will this be legal as this is sole selling agency for more than 21 years. Section 465(3)(e) of new act 2013 make all restrictive provisions will continue in new act ? Can this contract be illegal abinitio ?
