      Hi Team,

      FIR Number : 285/2018 Pune
      498A,376N,377,323,504,506(1),३५४c

      Wife had adultery, wife’s boyfriend had given statement in FIR also that they have affair past 3-4 years.
      I have applied case for quashing of FIR in Bombay high court, due to COVID its dates postponed.

      kindly suggest, required your help for same ..if any judgment or any advice kindly support.
