Ingredients :
Rice 115gm
Split green gram 55gm
Green chillies 5gm
Peppercorns 5gm
Ginger 10gm
Fat 30gm
Cashewnuts 15gm

Method :
Chop green chillies and ginger.
Heat fat and fry green chillies, ginger and peppercorns.
Fry the gram and pressed rice; add water and salt and allow it to cook.
Garnish with fried nuts and serve hot with chutney.
