500 gms Pork liver
1 tsp coriander powder
2′ piece cinnamon
1/2 pod garlic
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 cup curds
Cut pork into cubes.
Grind to a fine paste coriander, cinnamon, cloves, garlic & ginger.
Mix curds, pepper and ground spices.
Soak liver pieces in the mixture.
Put liver on skewer and stand for 10 mts.
Melt a little butter pour over liver.
Hold skewers over fire for 10 mts turning them occasionally.
