INGREDIENTS
1 kg Chicken
3-4 Potatoes [Optional)
1 tbsp Oil
For Masala:
8-10 Red Chillies
1 tbsp Coriander (kothmir)
1 tsp Cumin (Zeeren)
8-10 Pepper (Mirin)
2 Cloves
2 Onions
1-2 flakes Garlic
3 Tomatoes
1\4 tsp Turmeric (Halad)
2 tsp Salt
METHOD
Fry the remaining masala items other than tomatoes, turmeric.
Grind all the masala items together (fried stuff, tomatoes, turmeric) to make a smooth paste.
In a vessel Fry onions its brown in colour and mix chicken and the masala and boil till chicken is cooked well.
Potatoes can be added (Boil the potatoes before adding them in the gravy).
Add salt as per taste.
