6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves OR fist size pieces
2 1ft spring onion with small onion
1 small lemon (chopped and deseeded)
3 teaspoons chopped fresh corriander leaves
4 cloves garlic,
3 tablespoons vineger
4 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons Black Pepper
2 small green Chillis.
4 teaspoon sesame oil or Olive oil
1 Grind all in a food processor or blender other than chicken and oil.grind lemon peel too Process until smooth. Place the chicken into a large resealable bag, and pour in 3/4 of the sauce. Squeeze out excess air, and seal. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
preheat a pan add oil and fry all chicken for a while,it will almost cook so to reduce barbeque time.now heat barbeque pan / grill and put these pieces, within one minute your tasty Barbeque chicken is ready
