Ingredients :
Potatoes 225gm
Carrots 115gm
Radish 225gm
Tomatoes 115gm
Cauliflower 225gm
Cumin a pinch
Red chillies 2gm
Green chillies 5gm
Turmeric a pinch
Onions 115gm
Ginger a small piece
Garlic 3flakes
Vinegar 15ml
Fat 15ml
Cloves 2gm
Cinnamon 2gm
Salt to taste
Method :
Clean and cut vegetables and boil with cinnamon cloves and salt.
Grind turmeric, red chillies, garlic and cumin, using vinegar. Slit green chillies.
Grind onions coarsely.
Heat fat. Fry ground spices, add vegetables, remaining vinegar, water and slit green chillies. Simmer for 10minutes.
