Spicy potatoes


10 Beans cut into long pieces
2 Carrots cut into long pieces
4 Onions cut into long pieces
5 Potatoes cut into long pieces
Tomato sauce , Soya bean sauce
Salt , Pepper
One pinch ajinomoto
Mustard seeds
Coriander leaves for garnishing


Fry potatoes and keep aside.
After this heat 7-8 tablespoons of oil and put the mustard seeds in it.
After they have started bursting, add the onions, carrots and beans.
Add salt and pepper and let the vegetables soften.
Then add the potatoes and the sauces.
Put it into the serving bowl and garnish.
