It is submitted by learned Public Prosecutor that

investigation in the matter has been completed and filing of

charge-sheet against the petitioner for offence under Sections

498A, 406 IPC is in offing.

In view thereof, no further directions are required and the

petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court where

charge-sheet is to be filed.

Learned trial Court is further expected to release petitioner

on bail upon his furnishing requisite bail bonds in accordance with

law.
