i have shown that I became unemployed due to the criminal case filed by my wife. My wife don’t have any other details. There are no kids. I have challenged the order ( APPEAL) through a lawyer in Chandigrah High court. The lawyer told that he can get a stay order since your wife is earning than me because i am unemployed no compnay want me to employ me because of 498a.
Please advise whether my lawyer is not misguiding me !
