My wife has filed false 498a on me ,my parents & 2 brothers. I read about some counter cases against 498a. My 498a case is running since 2002. The other party’s evidence are over. Over evidence will start.

I want to know what are the specific counter cases which can have maximum impact. I don’t know anyone where girl’s party have been punished for filling false 498a cases. Generally groom’s party surrender and ready to pay any extortion money to bride’s party and go for compromise.

If i am able to prove that the case is false ,will the court is going to punish the girl’s party !.
