dear sir,

I suspect that, she is trying to communicate with me through mediators, got missed call also. She even may withdraw 498a unconditionally because of her worst financial security that she has created for her self during 5 years. I am not interested to live with her, If she come back, and stand infront of my house along with my son and few other people, what shell I do. How to complaint immediately,

Can I go for legal separation once she withdraw 498a unconditionally, can I sue her for the sufferings she gave me and my innocent family.

Can I check whether she take back 498a once my FIR number disappears from the website(( http://www.apstatepolice.org/APPW/jsp/csAction.do?method=loadCaseStatusPage) or there any written documentation.
