remember you will be also fighting entire life in court.
at the moment you are angry and want to take revenge.
she still can financially secure herself from the maintenance amount/permanent alimony which you have to give.
the innocent child is with her. will you be happy to see your son suffering as well.
if one partner wilfully does not want the other then there will be marital disscord always.
instead why don’t you sit across with both of your family elders and settle the matter once for all.
