Thanks For your Advice, I have approached a good Advocate, He has brought AB When crime was not registered, and now he is doing delay. Last week he Filed petition for AB in High Court that has been Rejected and again he is Filed in Lower court. Please tell me how many Days will take to grant the AB in lower Court.

I am paying the house loan EMI and trying to give that house to rent but She is Not allowing any one to take the rent, Please suggest me what action i can take on them. I don’t want to stop EMI and Loose House. Because it is much heard earned thing.

Please advise me…
