can i case against her…she had gone from here to attend the marriage for which she had taken all my mom jewellary. and i continously telling her to come back on phone.but she telling me i will come after august. she left my home on march start for attending the marriage.and when get to take her back on her place her brother start fighting without reason and told me that we will not send her back with u.the police will help us to get out of there.they are doing all criminal activity(like lots of boys with hockey sticks).after that she file case against me.after 8 month.what i can i do next.
