Rawa Idli

Ingredients :
Semolina 2cups
Split black gram 1cup
Fenugreek seeds a few
Salt to taste

Method :
Soak the gram and fenugreek seeds for 3-4hours.
Grind till light and frothy.
Mix with roasted and cooled semolina. Add salt. Leave overnight.
Prepare as ordinary idlis.
