Spicy fish tikka

Ingredients :
Boneless fish (cut in small pieces) 150 gms
Ginger 10-12 gms
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder as required
Onions (small) 2
Garlic cloves 2
Salt to taste
Ghee or oil as required

Method :
Wash fish pieces and apply vinegar
Grind onions, ginger and garlic into paste. Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix well
Put this mixture in a bowl. Add fish pieces. Mix well for fish pieces to get masaala coated evenly. Marinate for an hour
Put the pieces on tandoor seik and bake over grill or tandoor
Serve hot with tomato sauce or chilli sauce
