Punjab Minor Canals Act,1905
Section 5. Application for permission and procedure thereon
Any person desiring to construct a canal intended to be fed from any source of supply which has been notified by the State Government under section 4, may apply, in writing to the Collector, for the permission prescribed in that section.
(2) Every application under sub-section (1) shall be in such form and shall contain such particulars as the State Government may prescribe in that behalf.
