Few Months back there was a news that Some Actor from Kerala built environmentally friendly house worth 2 CRORE. but when you visit that house, you will find beautiful Wooden door Frames and Carved Door, no need to say they cut down many trees to make all these wooden articles. If you spend 2Crore it is not difficult to bring less water consuming Grass from Mexico, but main purpose of enviornmentally friendly house is how its built and how much energy it consume.
Here is another simple House built without using single wooden articles, without cutting down a single Tree.
It has Concrete Wooden Door Frames, Fiber Glass, Metal and Glass Doors. nowhere you will find single piece of wood, or trees were cut down to build this House. it was built using Cement,Plastic,Iron,Aluminium etc only

Total cost Around 30 Lakhs.
It has Solar water Heater and Solar Charger / Inverter for lighting.
They use “ASTRA-OLE” An innovative old style Stove which heat water with same fire when you cook.
They have Rain Water harvesting equipment ready to use.
They have Drip irrigation system for coconut trees.
They have Compost bin for flower plants.
They also Plan to go off the Grid by generating Power with New Age Technologies like “Magnetic Motor Power Generator”, Wind Power, OR any other Alternate energy Generator, using Nicola Tesla formulas; DC to AC converter using battery Power, convert Single phase to 3 phase to run water pump, as they need more power to run Fridge only and other power comes from Solar.
They Plan to build small Bio gas plant as LPG is rationed soon to 3/6 cylinders per year.
They already designed HHO Gas for cooking.
